First floor: 2 double bed bedrooms, one ensuite, both have small balconies. Main bathroom has double sinks, bidet and jacuzzi bath and shower.

Second floor: 2 twin bed bedrooms one of bedrooms has WC ensuite. Roof terrace or solarium with 2 loungers.


Rear terrace with barbecue, outdoor shower and table with 4 chairs.

The Area: Manta Rota, Eastern Algarve

The beach is 10 minutes walk away and stretches for miles. There are lifeguards and sunbeds with sunshades for hire. In the Winter months it is quiet and is a great place to relax, you can take bike rides to Cacela Velha with it's traditional church, old fortress and gorgeous views over the Rio Formoso, the beach is long and wide and stretches from Cacela Velha through to Vila Real San Antonio the border town with Spain.

The old town of Tavira 9 miles / 14km sits on 2 hills connected by a seven-arched 'Roman' (actually Moorish) bridge over the River Gilao boasting many fine 18th century buildings along with its 37 churches. Cacela Velha 1 mile / 1.5km an old fishing village situated in the protected Ria Formosa coastal landscape. Monte Gordo 5 miles / 8km with its casino. Ayemonte (Spain) 13 miles / 20km with its picturesque marina on the Guadiana River. Alcoutim is 30kms North.

Further Details:
Manta Rota is an expanding beach resort, it is low rise and with few apartments. It has a village feel there are good restaurants and many cafes.
North of the villa is an area of outstanding natural beauty alongside the Guadiana river, past the great dams of Beliche and Odeleite and on up to Alcoutim. Seville 120kms away, Tavira islands or islands off Olhao, Ilha da Culatra, Aromona, Pedras del Rea close by.
