The apartment sleeps up to 4 people, in two bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom and the other with a separate shower room. The spacious living / dining area provides comfortable seating and dining for up to 6 people. The living area and main bedroom both open up onto the full length balcony which faces south east and is furnished with sun loungers and outside dining table and chairs, and has lovely views across the lake and marina to Lagos town beyond. The modern kitchen has everything you need.
Our guests have access the Marina Club where the pool and other facilities are a short 3 minute walk away.

This airy and spacious apartment has an open plan living area, with wooden floors and air-conditioning, equipped with two comfortable sofas and coffee table and a dining table for 6 plus Panasonic TV with access to English channels. The living area opens onto the full length balcony overlooking the marina.

The modern kitchen is at the back of the apartment, with a ceramic hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer and is finished with a polished granite floor and worktops.
The apartment has air conditioning and heating in the living area and both bedrooms.
The living area faces south-east.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
We can offer flexible sleeping accommodation enabling both bedrooms to be set up as either a super king or as a twin.
Bedroom 1 has an en-suite bathroom including bath with a shower over, basin, toilet and bidet. There is a second shower room and toilet with basin. Both are contemporary style with white fittings.
Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes with plenty of hanging space and hangers, as well as plenty of storage in chests of drawers and bedside tables.
Bedroom 1 has doors on to the balcony, bedroom 2 is at the rear of the apartment.
Both have adequate space for a cot or childs put up bed
The full length balcony is furnished with sun loungers and outside dining table and chairs, and has lovely views across the lake and marina to Lagos town beyond. A great spot for breakfast or a coffee, or just relaxing in the sun, or for an evening sundowner or dinner, admiring the lights in town.
The Marina's beautiful outdoor pool area is a 3 minute walk away, and is equipped with plenty of sun loungers and sun shades, and also incorporates a separate children's pool. Drinks and snacks are available on the sun terrace or in the indoor bar. The Marina Club Spa with gym, sauna, beauty treatments and indoor pool is available for a local charge.
Plenty of free, safe parking immediately outside the apartment.
The apartment is all on one level.
Access to the apartment is from the lobby entrance by lift or stairs, giving easy access for pushchairs.
There are steps up to the lobby entrance from the road.
Marina development also provides a 24 hour security monitoring service.
We can arrange a welcome pack if you are arriving out of hours, or organise your transfer from and to the airport.
You will have two sets of keys to the apartment, details sent once booking is confirmed.

Check in is after 4pm and check out is by 10am, to allow time for cleaning. Maximum occupancy is 4 people.
All keys to be left in the apartment on departure.
You will be charged a £200 security deposit which will be returned within 10 days, once the property manager has checked the apartment.

The Area: Marina De Lagos, Western Algarve
The apartment is perfectly situated for access to the Marina's bars and restaurants, the beaches, Lagos old town, local sights and golf courses. The glorious sandy beach of Meia Praia is just a 15 minute walk away whilst the un-spoilt charm of the ancient town of Lagos can be reached on foot in 15 minutes, where the cobbled streets are packed with bars and restaurants plus a range of shops both traditional and modern. A short drive from the Marina brings you to more beautiful beaches. For the younger guests the Algarve's famous waterslide parks and Zoo Marine or Lagos Zoo are also easily accessible.
From the Marina you can arrange dolphin watching, diving, big game fishing or take a pleasant afternoon cruise around the nearby grottos and caves. During the evening tour the old town's cobbled streets which are brimming with street entertainers and musicians and enjoy time at one of the many street cafes and bars. Lisbon is a 2 hr drive or tour around the wild Atlantic coast to Vila do Bispo. In addition both Lagos train and bus stations are in easy walking distance.
You will never be short of options for dining out during your stay. Within the Marina there is a range of cafes and restaurants catering for all tastes and pockets, from snacks to traditional Portuguese cooking. Once in the heart of Lagos town you really will be spoilt for choice with many restaurants serving the fresh fish and seafood of the day, as well as the dozens of bistros and pavement cafes and not forgetting also the range of traditional Portuguese, as well as Indian, Thai, Chinese and Steak restaurants to tempt you!
If dining alfresco on the balcony or in the cool of the apartment, plenty of local fresh produce is readily available. Lagos fish and fruit/vegetable market opens daily and there is a supermarket within 2 minutes walk.
The Algarve is famous for its range of fabulous golf courses - 2 of the finest are within a 5 minute drive of the Marina - Palmares Golf and Boavista.
