This 1st floor, 2 bedroom apartment is in a quiet condominium on the west side of Vilamoura. It has a good size bathroom, with bath and shower, and it also has the advantage of a separate toilet. It is fully furnished, has reversible air conditioning fitted in all rooms, and the open plan fully equipped Kitchen/Lounge/Diner, opens up onto a good size balcony, where you can enjoy alfresco dining and peaceful views overlooking the well-kept gardens and large swimming pool.

Living Accommodation
The apartment benefits from a being open plan, which brings together the lounge, Kitchen and Dining area. The Kitchen is fully fitted and very well equipped. The lounge area offers a large comfortable sofa and TV. Guests will also benefit from free Wi-Fi.
The dining area has a large glass table and seats 6 people.
From the lounge area a double door opens to a small hallway which leads to the Bathroom and Bedrooms.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Both bedrooms have a homely feel, are tastfully decorated and have the advantage of beds which can be set up as either singles or doubles. Each room has a small dressing cabinet and chair, and both benefit from plenty of wardrobe space and mirrors. The sliding door in each room leads on to a balcony, shared by both bedrooms, which is ideal for having a coffee and catching the early morning sun.
The apartment has a full family bathroom with WC, bidet, bath and over bath shower plus a separate WC and washbasin ideal for families.
Outside
From the kitchen there is a door that opens onto the large balcony, which overlooks the well kept gardens and swimming pool. There are also large sliding doors in the Lounge area which also open up onto the balcony. The apartment sits in a small condominium set in a quiet residential location, and provides secure underground car parking.
Accessibility
There is a lift from the secure underground car park, enabling guests with luggage or limited mobility to easily access the apartment on the 1st floor.
Services
The shared pool and gardens are regularly maintained by the condominium staff, as are the building and communial areas which are kept clean and tidy. Our management are available at all times during your stay.
House Rules
The maximum sleeping capacity in the property is 4. It is a non-smoking property but you are welcome to smoke outside. Small pets maybe allowed by prior consent with the owners. Access to the apartment is 24 / 7. The apartment is situated in a small residential area so we ask our guests to be respectful of the residents during their stay.
The Area: Quarteira, Vilamoura, Central Algarve
Vilamoura has for a longtime, been a popular place for holiday makers from all over Europe. The Marina, which is only a 5 minute drive from the apartment, is the largest in-land Marina in Europe, and with its vibrant restaurants and bars it is a great place to spend time during your stay. There is a casino that regularly has live shows and if you take a stroll around the marina you will see some fabulous boats moored there, some of which can be chartered.
The 2 main beaches of Falesia & Marina are only a 10 minute drive from the apartment, and they are perfect for all the sun lovers. Umbrellas & sun loungers can be hired there, and there are several beach bars/restaurants that sit overlooking the sea.
Vilamoura has been well know for its quality of golf courses for many years, and they are all just a few minutes drive from the apartment. In fact the Millennium and Laguna Golf Courses are more or less within touching distance and with its top class practice facilities it is a great place for the avid golfer to spend some time. It also has a great restaurant and bar if you wish to just relax.
There are two well stocked supermarkets within a 5/6 minute drive from the apartment, and with the property being very close to the main N125, the apartment provides easy access to the bigger towns and shops further afield.
It has been quoted by previous guests that the apartment "is close enough to all the amenities but far enough away to have a tranquil setting when you want to just relax"

There are no set days for changeovers at present. The only thing we ask is that you stay for a minimum of 4 days.
Our management company operates a meet and greet for all guests so access and departure times, to and from the apartment, will be arranged directly by them.
With temperatures of around 17c to 18c during the day in the winter the apartment would be an ideal property for longer winter lets. If interested please contact us for a cost.
