Overview of Algarve cottage : Lemon Cottage - The Quintassential, Loule, Central Algarve

The Quintassential is an oasis of peace & tranquillity perched high on a hilltop 1200 feet above sea level totally fenced & accessed via electric gates overlooking the market town of Loule, only 10 minutes from the blue flag beaches of the Algarve & world famous golf courses & a 15 minute drive from Faro International airport. The Quintassential are a small family run cluster of self catering holiday accommodations catering for couples, families & the over 50’s. The accommodations are fully licensed meeting to all requirements by the Portuguese rental law with the required Alojamento Local licence (AL). Loule has everything one would need from a holiday with endless restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, banks, shops & markets.

Living Accommodation

The kitchenette is modern and fully equipped with electric hob, combi microwave oven, fridge with freezer compartment, electric kettle, coffee filter machine, hand held electric blenders and toasters.

The lounge/dining area has a comfy leather sofa, a 32-inch LG LCD TV , Astra Satellite TV and UK free to view TV channels providing at total of 161 channels, DVD player (small selection of DVD’s) and a mini Hi-Fi stereo system with radio/CD player with MP3 reader (guests to bring own CD’s).

There are double doors from the lounge leading onto your own private south facing terrace with table, chairs, parasol reclining chairs and a brick built Bar-B-Q. The Lemon Cottage terrace also has a large awning for additional shade.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

The bedroom is large with a double bed, digital security safe and double doors leading onto the sun terrace. There is also the optional extra of a mobile air con unit for the bedroom during the peak months. The bathroom has a shower, bidet, WC, washbasin with vanity unit under and a shaver point.

Outside

Outside The Quintassential is blessed with panoramic sea views and spectacular countryside views, just what you need for a tranquil and relaxing holiday. The gardens at Quintassential, just over an acre, are marvelous & are a flower, shrub & fruit tree haven of peace & tranquility where you can always find a quiet area to read a book, relax & unwind.

The Quintassential has a large heated pool area; the pool measures 10 x 5 & sun loungers, parasols etc are provided for the use of the guests. There is also a large raised sun deck poolside to soak up the glorious sun & a freestanding hot tub spa jacuzzi for adult guest use. The pool is heated during the cooler months of October & April.

Car hire is highly recommended for a stay at The Quintassential to enable guests to discover the most from our surroundings.

No smoking allowed within the accommodation or the grounds. Smoking is only permitted on your private terrace.

No group bookins accepted at the Quintassential to ensure all our residents have a peaceful and relaxing break.

The accommodation sleeps a maximum of 2 adults & 1 small child.

The Area: Loule, Central Algarve

The Quintassential is located 2 kms north of the market town of Loule, making it an ideal base from which to explore the Algarve from.

We operate a flexible arrival/departure day policy, dependent upon already confirmed bookings. We operate a minimum stay policy of 3 nights during April & October, 5 nights during May and 7 nights during June, July, August & September. The Lemon Cottage is not available during the winter months.

Children under the age of 24 months stay for free.

Prices quoted are for 2 people. Any additional person over the age of 24 months will be charged an additional £75.00 GBP per week.
