Steps down to entrance door which opens into hallway with curved staircase leading to first floor
Ground floor consists of one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, one full bathroom and one shower room
Two of the bedrooms are south facing with french windows leading to terrace and paved garden with flowers, shrubs and lemon tree
The staircase leads to the first floor large dining and sitting room with comfortable seating and open fireplace
Wide patio doors lead to spacious south facing dining terrace with beautiful sea views and plenty of room and privacy to sunbathe.
There is a separate large modern fully fitted kitchen with gas oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer. There is a small utility room off the kitchen with electric water heater

The Area: Luz Bay Club, Western Algarve
This village house is ideally situated in picturesque Praia da Luz. Once a fishing village but now a charming holiday location with a good selection of restaurants, small shops, outside cafes and a wide range of water sports facilities. The wide sandy beach and rock pools are ideal for family holidays. There are five golf courses within a short car ride at Espiche, Parque da Floresta (San Antonio) at Salema, Boa Vista just outside of Luz, Palmares in Lagos and Penina on the way to Portimão. There are horse riding centres nearby. Clients have free use of the swimming pool at the Luz Bay Club Hotel but for an extra fee can also enjoy the tennis court, Turkish baths and gym.
Praia da Luz lies some 6km west of the historical town and fishing port of Lagos at the western end of the Algarve. It is a good location to explore Sagres/Cape St Vincent and the unspoilt west coast beaches as well as the mountains in Monchique.
It takes approximately 75 minutes to drive to Luz from Faro airport.
