The property has been decorated to create a comfortable homely atmosphere.
The living room has a log fire as well as IP TV, Apple TV, DVD, VHS, Radio, CD player, Ipod dock audio system. There are a selection of games, videos, books, DVDs, play station and Xbox games.
Xbox / Play Station game consul with their own TV are available.
The lounge also leads out to a covered terrace and BBQ area making it an ideal eating area with superb views.
The dining area is off the lounges and has a formal table and chairs for 8 people.
The kitchen is well equipped with Dolce Gusto coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, toasting machine & liquidiser. The other normal kitchen utensils are also available.
A few steps leads to the huge master room with en-suite, doors to pool area and a TV. Adjacent are 2 big twin bedrooms (one with doors to pool area). All rooms have optional aircon and heating. The bedrooms also have hairdryers and two small electric fans for personal use.

All bathrooms were recently fully replumbed and refurbished to a high standard.

Separate wet room - with shower, WC and basin.
En-suite to master bedroom- WC, large twin shower wet room, basin.
External shower for washing after the beach or prior to entering the pool
The private garden is well planted with shrubs, herbs and flowers, including its own lemon tree. There os a private pool with optional heating, with terrace and sun loungers. There is a toy box at the pool with pool toys. The roof terrace with sun loungers gives privacy and views. There is a charcoal BBQ, external whirly jig in the drying area. External shower for washing after the beach or prior to entering the pool
Parking available on the drive for 2 to 3 cars and there is plenty of on street parking if needed.
The Wifi is available in all areas with a good speed. The IP Tv is over the internet and has UK channels including some sports channels.
No smoking and no pets.

A 25% non-refundable deposit or minimum of £200 is required in order to confirm your reservation, the outstanding balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. A security deposit of £200 is required together with the final balance. The security deposit will be refunded to you by cheque, within 14 days of your return, once our local representative has checked the property.
Cancellation between 8 weeks and the arrival date will require a payment of 75% rental. Aircon & pool are at an extra weekly cost.
We have no preferred changeover day and where possible we will try to be flexible to meet your needs. There may be an extra charge for a Sunday change over.
