The Living / Dining room is on the 1st floor to take advantage of the superb views. French windows open onto a terrace with dining furniture for outside eating. Inside, there is comfortable seating and dining for 6 guests.
The kitchen leads off the living area and is very extensively equipped. It faces the pool area at the front,and is filled with morning sun.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Downstairs, there are 3 bedrooms each with french windows onto the gardens. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed and the en-suite bathroom has a bath/shower, toilet, basin and bidet. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and bedroom 3 is provided with 2 singles. Fitted wardrobes in Beds 1 and 2.There is a separate shower romm with a huge shower, basin and toilet
The living room gives access to a terrace with tables and chairs, so you can dine enjoying the fantastic view to the south and west; wonderful sunsets! There are also 2 reclining chairs.
Steps go down to the private garden, also at the rear which has a lawned area, flowers, shrubs and a lemon tree. Sunloungers give the oportunity to drink in the view and there is a table and chairs if you want to eat near the BBQ on the lower level.
Parking is outside the house and Figueira is 1 km. from the main N125, just over 1 hour to Faro Airport. motorway apart from the last 12kms.
Because the living accomodation is upstairs, the house is not suitable for guests who cannot manage stairs.
There is a gate at the top of the internal stairs and the outside terrace steps
The house is cleaned for your arrival and linen, towels and beach towels are provided.
There is a washing machine /drier, dish washer, iron and board, hair drier and comprehensive kitchen equipment including an induction hob and microwave.
WiFi is available and UKTV is available through the internet. The TV is a smart TV.
Cot and high chair available on request.A selection of books, DVDs and games is provided
This is a no smoking house. We ask that guests leave it in a good and clean condition; it is our home during the winter months so we ask you to respect this.
The Area: Figueira. Vila Do Bispo, Western Algarve
This south west part of the Agarve is wild and beautiful; we are in a national park so development has been restricted .
The nearest beach is Figueira approx. 1.5 km from the house and accessible only on foot. Salema, apretty fishing village with a good range of restaurants and a lovely beach ,is 2km away. by road There is a huge range of beaches on both south and west facing coasts that offer small sandy coves, some with wonderful rock formation and caves and massive expanses of sand with awsome cliffs and incredible geology to impress you. It is of course a surfers' paradise. The cliff tops give beautiful walks with views along the coast and if you are prepared to venture off the beaten track wonderful hidden beaches to discover. In Spring the wild flowers are beautiful.
Diving, fishing and dolphin watching can be found at Lagos and Sagres.

Standard rate: £60.00 per night with a minimum 4 night occupancy.
We ask for a 20% deposit with the balance to be paid 6 weeks before your stay.
Access is not normally available until 1500 hrs and we ask that you vacate by 10.00 on the morning of your departure. However, if there are no guests arriving on your departure date we can ask our managers if there is flexibility.
