Villa Armacao De Pera, Central Algarve
Casa das Vinhas is situated in its own grounds and is surrounded by Olive, Carob, Fig and Almond trees. The villa is south facing with lovely views of the countryside and around to the Monchique mountains in the North. This lovely villa has it's own private heated pool, surrounded by large terraces and steps leading down to the landscaped gardens and Boule court. To the front of the villa is a large parking area for up to 8 cars. A small vineyard is planted to the left of the property. This is a wonderful setting for a relaxing and peaceful holiday, but still within easy reach of local attractions, golf courses and the town of Armacao de Pera only 2km away. A car is essential for this villa, as the villa is on a hill behind the town.

Large entrance hall leading to a lounge - diner. Comfortably furnished, and fully equipped with TV, DVD, CD player, WIFI, ipod player and book library. The dining suite seats 8 persons and there are two sliding doors that lead out to the pool terraces and gardens.
Fully fitted modern kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and all necessary electrical appliances. A separate utility area houses the washing machine.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Master Bedroom: located on the first floor of the villa, equipped with a king size bed, fully fitted wardrobes, dresser and electric fan. This bedroom has an en suite full bathroom. Patio doors that lead to a large balcony with pergola over and rattan garden seating. Wonderful views from this balcony of the sea and countryside.
On the ground floor, a further double room, with en suite shower room. Equipped with King size bed, fully fitted wardrobes, dressers and electric fans. Patio doors lead onto the terraces and pool area.
There are two further twin rooms on the ground floor, each equipped with fully fitted wardrobes, dressers and electric fans. One of the twin rooms has an en suite shower room and the other has use of the full bathroom which is located opposite the corridor. Both rooms have patio doors that lead to the pool area and terraces.

All rooms provided with linen and towels. Beach towels also provided.
The 8m x 5m electrically heated pool is surrounded by large terraces, with Pergola providing al fresco dining facilities for 8 - 10 persons. The terrace is equipped with several wind down sun shades and parasols, sun loungers, garden tables and chairs. A separate lockup pool area is equipped with a fridge/freezer,drinks cupboard, extra seating and storage for all cushions and sun lounger mattresses. A large charcoal BBQ is located adjacent to the Pergola. Exterior shower. Beach/Pool towels provided.
The villa is a 35 minute drive West from Faro Airport via the A22 motorway, and within easy access to the town of Armacao de Pera only 2km drive away. The coastal road (EN125) runs the length of the Algarve and provides easy access to all the main attractions on offer in the Algarve.
Maid Service: a maid will visit the villa 5 days per week. Bed linen changes are made weekly.
We also provide a cot and high chair if required.
Pool man (Ricardo) will visit twice a week during the summer months June to September, and once a week all other months. These visits are normally on a Monday and Thursday morning.
Gardeners will visit on Saturdays to tidy terraces, and water the gardenss. The morning visits will only last about 2 hours.
We operate a no smoking rule within the villa.
The Area: Armacao De Pera, Central Algarve
The villa is situated on a hill behind the town of Armacao de Pera and also within easy reach of the quaint village of Porches. Once a small fishing village, Armacao de Pera is now a thriving holiday resort and is renowned for it's lovely 2m long sandy beach, offering a host of water sports, including water skiing, paragliding, jet ski's,surf boarding, pedaloes, banana boats and much more. The palm tree lined promenade provides a host of restaurants, bars, beach bars, shops, supermarkets, and banks. The town has an extremely good fish market operating 6 days a week, a
vegetable market and on Saturday's the stalls are swelled by the local growers who travel down from the Monchique mountains to sell their home grown produce.
The local attractions include several water parks - Aqualand located just 3 mins drive from the villa, and ideal for the families with children over 8 yrs. Slide and Splash is a very popular water park, situated nr Lagoa and again ideal for all ages but especially for younger children.
We also have ' Zoo Marine' at Guia - a very popular venue. Here you can see the Dolphin and Whale shows, there are wave pools, restaurants and enough entertainment to keep youngsters busy all day. You can also swim with the dolphins here, but at a cost!
We are also within easy reach of several golf courses within minutes drive of the villa - Salagados, Silves Golf, Ameondaria and several at Carvoeiro. A full list can be obtained from the owner.
There are of course lots of other sports facilities available within easy reach, ie Tennis courts, Bowling greens, Horseriding, walking tours, Jeep Safari's and Big game fishing and more!
PORCHES - this quaint village is found going west from the villa driveway and the village is renown for it's two excellent restaurants - Oleao de Porches and Porches Velho.

All prices provided include pool heating, maid service, pool cleaning, etc unless otherwise stated in the listing.
Changeovers: We provide a Saturday to Saturday changeover from April to October, however for those wishing to visit during the winter months, we can be more flexible on start date to fit in with flight availability.
Should you wish to make a reservation, we would request a deposit of £150 per week to secure your dates, and ask for the balance to be forwarded 6 weeks prior to holiday start date.
