Casa Paradiso is located just above the old market town of Loule, accessed via a well maintained quiet tarmac road, with panoramic views toward the countryside & coast. The villa sleeps 8, with 4 spacious bedrooms, each having its own new bathroom. Set on a large plot with electric gates, and swimming pool. The spacious living/dining area is bright and airy, with French doors leading directly to the gardens, pool, patio & BBQ areas. Large, airy kitchen finished to a high standard and equipped with all modern appliances and has a separate utility room. Nearby restaurants, shops, markets and supermarket are less than a 5-minute drive and Faro airport only 20 minutes.

Casa Paradiso is a large, bright and airy house, decorated to the highest standard. Living room facilities include wifi and flat screen TV with full range of TV channels including all Sky Sports & Movie channels, sound system and an authentic log-burning fire for the brief winter period. A selection of books and games is available. There are two sets of French windows leading directly out onto the terrace, pool and garden areas. The lounge has air-conditioning (and heating for the winter months). The property is alarmed and has aluminum shutters. The kitchen is large, well positioned and leads out onto the dining terrace. It is fully equipped with all expected appliances including fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, toaster. The utility room has washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board, clothes driers, hoover, brooms, dustpan and mops. There is a high chair supplied.

Each of the spacious bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes providing plenty of storage space and each with their own brand new bathrooms. All bedrooms have air conditioning/heating.

Casa Paradiso is set in a large plot with electric gates, with ample parking on both driveways. The property features landscaped gardens with automatic irrigation and a variety of mature trees and plants such as bougainvillea, olive and fig trees. The swimming pool may be illuminated at night, and there is an outside shower. There are 8 sun-loungers and the terrace has table & chairs seating 8, with a large parasol, providing shade. There are various seating areas including the main terrace, a pretty bourgainvillea-covered BBQ area with a marble table & benches, plus two further terraces on the first floor (one leading off from the master bedroom) Plenty of al fresco areas to eat, drink and relax and watch the sunset!
Maid service: The property will be professionally cleaned before and after your stay. A mid-stay clean may be arranged for an additional charge. All bed linen, bath towels and pool towels are provided.
The Area: Loule, Central Algarve
The coastal areas of the Algarve are accessible within a 10 minute drive. The nearest beaches are Faro Island and the famous Vale do Lobo resort with its beach side restaurants. A little further along are the amazing dunes and beautiful beach of Quinta do Lago, Vilamoura with its stunning marina…and many more all along coast.
Faro airport is a 20 minute drive from Casa Paradiso. Journey time from London is approximately 2.5 hours, Lisbon is approx 2.5 hours away and you can drive to Seville in 1.5 hours.
Casa Paradiso is only 20 minutes drive from Faro airport. Within a 5 minute drive are the shops, restaurants and bars of the market town of Loule, as well as a large new supermarket. There are many charming villages nearby such as Sao Bras do Alportel and Almancil and the resorts of Vale do Lobo, Quinta do Lago and Vilamoura are between a 15-20 minute drive. A car is recommended to allow you to explore the surrounding areas and make the best of your holiday.
The market town of Loule is rich in history, with its famous castle walls and the remains of the Moorish castle dating back to the 12th century. Famous for its Saturday food market, Loule also hosts a number of well known carnivals, concerts and cultural events throughout the year and has a range of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes as well as all the usual amenities – ie chemist, newsagent, ATM etc. Nearby Almancil also has a good selection of shops and restaurants, Sao Bras do Alportel is a charming old town of whitewashed houses and little squares and the resorts of Quinta Do Lago, Vale do Lobo, Vilamoura and Albufeira are only a short drive away.
There is plenty to do in the Algarve, including golf, tennis, dolphin safaris, water sports, sailing, boat trips, safari jeep tours, go-carting, fishing, horse riding, hiking, water parks and Zoo Marine as well as concerts, cinemas, clubs, art exhibitions, outdoor markets and large shopping centres.

A deposit of 25% of the full rental cost is required to confirm a booking, with the balance of payment falling due 8 weeks before the date of commencement of your holiday.
If you cancel your booking less than 2 months before your holiday, and after the date that the balance of payment is due, you will be liable for the full amount of the rental payment.
Use of air-conditioning is £80 per week.
A security deposit of £350 will be required which will be returned within 30 days of departure provided no damage has occurred during your stay.
Changeover day is flexible. The house will be available by 4pm on the day of arrival and 10am on the day of departure. Provided we don’t have people arriving/leaving on the same day, these times are flexible provided it is agreed with us in advance.
