Apartment 23G is a superb frontline 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom first floor apartment (two storey) located in a wonderful position overlooking the Roman ruins and the Atlantic Ocean beyond.
The sandy Luz Bay beach with it’s lovely promenade and abundance of bars and restaurant's to suit all tastes is only a 2 minute stroll away. Car hire is not necessary.

The apartment is entered via a few easy rise steps to the front door and small hallway. From there the good sized lounge / diner is central to the layout and gives access to the other rooms and to the balcony overlooking the ruins & the sea.
From the balcony a spiral staircase leads to a large roof terrace with built-in seating (fantastic sun trap) giving un-rivalled views over Luz

Living Accommodation

Small entrance hall.
Fully fitted kitchen – with granite tops and breakfast bar, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and all the usual utensils required for 4 people.
Lounge / Diner – good sized homely room with sofa, arm chairs, dining table and chairs for 4 people. TV with selection of UK channels (if important please ask) WIFI

Outside

A balcony leads from the master bedroom and lounge. From the balcony a spiral staircase leads to a large roof terrace with built-in seating (fantastic sun trap) giving un-rivalled views over Praia Da Luz, the beach and the open sea where in summer a host of water based activities can be seen or if desired, participated in. The sun terrace is equipped with two sunbeds, but owing to the wind which sometimes can be prevalent in Praia da Luz we do not provide or recommend the use of umbrellas for shade. BBQ's are NOT permitted.

Accessibility

Although there are only a few steps leading up to - we would not say this is wheelchair friendly
as the doors are quite narrow

Services

The apartment is managed by a company who speak fluent Portuguese and English. Maid service is also provided.

House Rules

We request that one looks after the apartment as if were their own.
No BBQ's are allowed. We request No smoking inside of property.
Excellent quality glasses are provided for taking up to roof terrace (it will be difficult
for one to tell which is glass and which is plastic but we ask that you do not take ones
which are obviously glass up to the roof terrace.
Owing to the roof terrace we would prefer no children under the age of 10 years old.

This is an excellent apartment, freshly decorated, tastefully furnished and well equipped. Also with
balcony and roof terrace both with superb sea views.
It is in a great location, close to everything.
It suited us perfectly. I suspect we may be back!

Just to let you know we had a good time in Luz last week and the accommodation was perfect. The weather was quite hot and sunny towards the end of the week and not too bad in the early part so we did have a lot of opportunities to use the roof terrace and the balcony! All the facilities were fine, the house was very comfortable, we liked the furnishings and we all thought you had made it a really nice property to stay in. So thank you very much for allowing us to stay there.

We would certainly have no hesitation in staying in your property again in the future.

It's back to reality this week and time is flying as usual.
We had a really lovely break, even though the weather to begin with was very unpromising. We loved 23G, in a great position overlooking the ruins and close to the sea. Only a couple of minutes from shops and restaurants too. The roof terrace was a real bonus- fantastic views and a real suntrap.
The apartment itself was lovely, well equipped and newly finished. I liked the kitchen which I thought looked even better than the pictures! The new shower room was lovely too.
We will definetly return
